However, if you are getting financing through a conventional loan provider then you need to be prepared to have a cosigner ready to make it easier for you. The lenders are going to base their own decision on the few factors but the most important will be your credit standing. There are some loan companies that will also look at your work history and come to a decision based on this but in many cases it will depend on your score.
